30 weeks

How far along: 30 weeks

Weight gain/loss: haven't stepped on the scale lately, we'll see tomorrow at the doctor, but probably 19-ish pounds

Maternity clothes: Oh yes. Even my non-maternity dress that I was wearing last month now just look like I'm trying to stuff myself into them. Maternity all the way.

Stretch marks: not yet

Sleep: getting better

Best moment this week: nothing is really standing out right now

Food cravings: maybe not a craving, but I've been working on package of Oreos this week. The milk that I have with them is good for me and Bruce, right?

Gender: hopefully still a boy

Belly button in or out: in/semi-flat

Movement: getting much stronger. Some days it feels like he's trying to escape

What I miss: I love carrying my baby, and I know I'll miss being pregnant when it's over, but I'm starting to miss having my body to myself.

What I'm looking forward to: We have 4 baby showers (!) in September

Milestones: Only 10 weeks left! I can't believe I'm 75% done.

Bruce really gave me a scare yesterday morning. I always feel him in the mornings while I'm laying in bed trying to wake up, and if I don't I'll have R talk to him to wake him up. Yesterday morning I stayed there for a while and still didn't feel him. I tried to use the doppler but couldn't find the heartbeat right away (because it has been 2 months since I've used it), so I put it away as to not freak myself out even more. I had breakfast and still wasn't feeling him move, so I tried the doppler again and found the heartbeat right away that time. I drank some juice and laid on my side for a while. That finally got him moving, but he was still pretty quiet for the rest of the morning. He had a party in my uterus after lunch to make up for his lazy morning. He can be a stubborn boy already, so I hope that's not an indication of our future.

30 weeks sounds so much further along than 29. Time is flying by.
