first stranger comment

Before we left for the beach, my mom and I went shopping for a maternity bathing suit, and settled on a nice flowy tankini. I wasn't sure if I would feel comfortable in a regular 2-piece bikini or if I would just wear my maternity suit every day. Since my SIL is with us and is also pregnant, I felt comfortable trying out my regular bikini the first couple of days. At first it was a little awkward, but I soon found my confidence and rocked the bare belly.

Today Rodney and I were walking across the pool area to our chairs and as we passed a lady, she looked up and said, "Oh lordy, you look so cute!" This is the first time a stranger has ever said anything to me about being pregnant, and I have to admit, this particular comment made me feel pretty good. Thanks, random lady at the pool.
