We had a wonderful time on vacation and are home again. Boo. :(
I spent my 4th of July laying in the sun on the beach and playing in the ocean. We had dinner and played a round of minature golf. There was a pier right down from the beach from us that gave a pretty good fireworks show. We had a great view from our 17th floor balcony. Fireworks are so hard to take pictures of without a tripod and with a simple camera like mine, but here is a sampling.
The highlight of my trip was this little guy:
That is Corbin, my nephew. I saw him quite a bit for the first 8 months of his life, but I haven't seen him as much for the past 6 months since I've moved. He remembered Aunt JuJu right away and even found a new buddy in Uncle Rodney. He never was very friendly with Rodney before this trip, but now they are best buddies.
