Father's Day

I tried to write a post for Mother's Day, but I found it quite difficult to put my feelings about being a mother into words.  The words for how I feel about my husband being a father flow easily.

I always knew Rodney would be a good father, but I have been blown away by how wonderful he has been just the first 7 months.  He loves our son so very much and is an active participant in this family.  He never hesitates to change a diaper, feed a bottle, or get down on the floor and play with Isaac.  He makes Isaac laugh all the time, and I can already see Isaac's little personality is starting to look like Rodney's.  I love it.

I love watching the two of them together, from the tender moments, to the silly ones.
