I'm in desperate need of new shirts. My solid colored tees from Old Navy have served me well so far, but they really only work around the house now. The bottom of this shirt just barely meets the top of my lounge shorts. I still wear some of my mediums from before, but even the few larges that I have are getting short. Of course, that could be the inconsistent quality and sizing from Old Navy. Regardless, it looks like I'll be shopping for some new simple tees this weekend.
It was a big week for baby Bruce, though he may not know it yet. This week we started making preparations for his arrival. He now has a pretty room (complete with crib) to sleep in and a name. Yes, I think we have settled on a name. My parents are the only ones who know, although we still didn't tell them what it is. We'll probably just avoid the issue with everyone else until later, and if they ask we'll simply say that we aren't sharing yet. I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep this secret for 4 months, but for some reason I love the fact that only Rodney and I know. It's our special secret for now.
I think Bruce and I are going through a growth spurt. I feel hungry and tired all the time. My weight gain was pretty slow in the beginning, which was fine because my BMI was technically in the overweight category pre-pregnancy. However, I have noticed the pounds really sneaking on just in the past 2 weeks. I know it's fine and I have to gain weight, it's just a little scary to see it happening. We'll see what my doctor has to say about it next week.

I bet you're so excited to get the nursery together. I like the blue you chose and can't wait to see what else you put in the room.
