Go away weeds

Spring is here and the outside of our house needs some work. I've always felt like we don't have much control over the inside, but we can do something about the outside. This is our first spring here, so it's time to get started.

We have a lovely little pathway that leads up to the house. That pathway has a nice row of rocks on each side.

The only problem is that the nice row of rocks is filled with weeds and dead leaves. I started working on eliminating the unwanted guests yesterday and did more work today. Unfortunately, I'm still not finished. I'm excited, though. With a little more work, we will be able to take pride in the area surrounding our house.
