Randomness

On my to-do list this weekend: make a dent in the stack of unread magazines that get tossed on the table by the door, tackle the pile of laundry waiting to be folded, and clean out the pantry so I can fit the new groceries in. I think we must have no less than 8 (almost empty) boxes of cereal stuffed back in there.

Tomorrow is date night at the Melting Pot and Sunday is date afternoon at the movies. I am so excited to see The Time Traveler's Wife. I read this book last year and have been anxiously awaiting the movie. I really hope I'm not disappointed, because we all know that movies are never as good as their book counterparts, but I'm very hopeful. Then I'll have to come home and read the book again.

I have a confession. I have been home from vacation for 2 weeks now and my suitcase is still in my bedroom floor. Not just because I'm a bit of a slob (which I can be), but because the cats love laying on it. Who cares if it's covered in hair, cat hair comes off (for the most part). Zeus pretty much spends all day on it and when he occassionally steps off for a break, Sophie hops right on. It's too cute. No pictures now but I'll get one soon.

I have been doing so much more digi-scrapping lately. I love it! It's so much fun and I love how easy it is. Rodney's mom got me a whole bunch of paper scrap stuff for my birthday, so I guess I'll have to use it up at some point.

And finally, I'm looking for a [cute and fun] camera bag that I can take with me to football games this year. The only one we have is a small backpack that is perfect for hiking and not so perfect for football games. Etsy will be my first stop, but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for me?
