We've been having some crazy thunderstorms here for the past few days.
It started Tuesday night with some swirling clouds and reports of funnel clouds in the area.
We woke up Wednesday morning to some severe storms. R said he walked from our bedroom at the back of the house to the front without turning any lights on and the lightning was keeping his path well-lit.
Last night brought more wild storms and a funnel cloud was spotted near my parents' town, but thankfully it didn't touch down. Everything seemed to be calming down around 8:45 when the sky suddenly went from a dark gray color to the boldest sunset color I have seen in a while. It was amazing to see it happen.
