We attended my cousin's Star Wars-themed birthday party on Saturday. She's 5 years old and has recently becomed obsessed with all things Star Wars. We had a lot of fun and the party was themed to the max. Kids were dressed as characters, we had Star Wars music playing, Jedi training games, and of course, light sabers. The face-painting went better than I expected when the birthday girl requested a heart on her cheek instead of the previously planned Star Wars characters. The other kids followed her example and I only had to paint hearts, butterflies, and a truck for one little boy.
My nephew had a great time and I can't believe our next birthday party will be his in May. Two years old already!
