mini update

Oh my, it's been a while. Things are crazy around here and I feel like I'm just surviving day to day.

I've started selling Scentsy, and I spend a good bit of time working on getting that off the ground.

Isaac keeps me super busy, and my days fly by just keeping up with him. The past week or so has been trying at times as he is displaying his toddler attitude. I do my best to stay patient with him, but it gets frustrating. Today at breakfast and again at dinner he started crying hysterically for no reason (at least none that we could figure out). One minute he is happily eating his meal and the next he is freaking out because you offered him the same thing he has been eating.

I'm doing a book study with a group of ladies from church (The Mission of Motherhood, by Sally Clarkson -- love it!) on Monday nights, and I really look forward to it every week. Rodney calls it "man night" and really enjoys his extra alone time with Isaac. Today just kicked my butt and I stayed home instead of going. I'm a little sad, wondering what they're doing right now, but I just couldn't do it tonight.

Isaac's birthday party was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't done a post about it. That's next on my list.
