Isaac's first birthday is less than a week away and I'm feeling quite nostalgic. I can't stop looking back at old pictures, so I'll probably be sharing some with you this week.

Last year on October 27 we went to my 39-week appointment and found out we would be meeting our baby in 6 days. After the appointment we met my family for dinner, where this picture was taken.

Wow.

I was excited, nervous, scared, and huge. The countdown was on.
