Spring Madness

I love March Madness! I enjoy sports in general, but I really get into football and basketball. It's something Rodney and I can do together. I don't usually root for any team in particular, so I love March Madness because I can fill out a bracket and pull for lots of different teams. I didn't do so well in my bracket last year, I'm hoping this year will go better.

Today is the also the first day of spring. Spring is my very favorite season. I love the newness of it all. New flowers, new leaves on trees, new sunshine and warmth that we haven't felt in months. This year will probably bring new kittens from the abundance of wild cats at our house. We have 9 cats that we inherited with our house, only 2 of which are fixed. We must start catching them before they (and their offspring) take over.
